On April 14, 2008 at Dunedin Hospital; in his 85th year.

Loved husband of the late Mavis Jean, loved father and father-in-law of Neville and Rita, Steve and Katy, Ray and Shanti and grandfather of Bradley, Jodi, Scott, and Sarah; Mark, Robert, and Joanne and great grandfather of Eric and Lily.

A service for Billy will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1.30pm on Wednesday April 16, followed by private cremation.
