On June 4, 2008, peacefully at home surounded by her family; aged 77 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Des, loved mother and mother-in-law, of Jennifer and the late Lindsay Marks (California), Wayne and Karyn, Deborah and Gavin Trease (Queensland) and the late Susan, loving nana of Karla, and Caitlin; Jenna, Phillip, Cameron and Christopher. Loved sister of Mavis Clark, and Ernie White and the late Queenie, May, Lionel, Essie and Wallace, loved sister-in-law of Dawn and Alistair McMillan loved aunt of her nieces and nephews.

A service for Phyl will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 1:00pm on Monday, June 9, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
