on June 23 2008 at Dunedin Hospital, supported by his loving family and friends; aged 77 years.

Dearly loved and devoted husband of Tricia; loved and cherished father and father in law of Helen and Justin; "bursting with pride" grandfather and very special friend to Liam and Sophia; special brother, cousin, uncle and friend to many.

A service of thanksgiving and celebration of Arthur's life will be held in St Marks Presbyterian Church, Pine Hill Road, Pine Hill at 2pm on Friday June 27, followed by private cremation.

Donations for the Cancer Society will be collected at the service with thanks.
