On July 3, 2008, at Dunedin Hospital; aged 61 years.

Dearly loved husband of Denise, loved dad of Patrick (Sydney), and Damian. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Allan and Pam, Carolyn and Graham Perks, Jeff and Kathy, and Steven, (all of Australia) and loved uncle of his nieces and nephews.

Rest In Peace.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick's Basilica, Macandrew Road , South Dunedin at 1:30pm on Wednesday July 9, the funeral then leaving for the Green Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Motor Neurone Society would be appreciated and may be left at the Church.
