CARRICK, Leslie Walter, QSM, of 21 Archibald Street, Waverley, Dunedin.

On July 7, 2008, peacefully at Dunedin Hospital, aged 79 years.

Cherished husband of Nancye, much loved father and best-friend of the late brent, David and Julie, Ian and Jane, Ross, Scott and Juliet, very special Grandad to Ben and Amy; Isabella, and the late James; Lucy and Maggie; and Andre and Marco, loved brother and brother-in-law of Joyce and Noel Dickel, Bruce (deceased) and Shirley Carrick, and a loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

A service will be held in First Church, Moray Place, Dunedin, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 11, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for St Johns Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
