On July 7, 2008 peacefully at Dunedin Hospital, with her family.

Loved wife of the late Ewan, dearly loved mother and friend of Jennifer and Peter Barclay (Brisbane), Barbara and Alan Collie (Auckland) and Karen Neame (Mount Maunganui), loved nan and great nan of Timothy, Kara, and Owen; Michael and Sabine; Simon, Rebekah, and Chelsea; Virginia, Sam, and Nicholas (all of Brisbane); Marq, Valerie, Adam, and Luke (Auckland), Louise, Scott, and Will (Auckland), Stephen, Kerry, and Mila (Wanaka); Anna and Will (London), Mathew and Tina (Melbourne).

A Service Eileen will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1.30pm on Friday July 11, followed by private cremation.
