Loved mother and mother-in-law of Ngaire and Rob Shorter (Melbourne), Bruce and Judy Purvis (Dunedin), Gillian and Steve Mitchell (Nelson), Sally and Peter Jacobson (Auckland), Jim and Leanne Purvis (Auckland), loved stepmother of the late Margaret Jefferies, Jenny Fraser (Timaru), Graeme Jefferies (Waikato), Tricia and Murray Edwards (Melbourne), Heather Jefferies and Monty Mascelle (Nelson), Susan and Paul Thomas (Auckland). Loved grandmother of Phillip and Tamara; Kellie, Tony, Rory, and Troy; Kieran and Susan, Andrew and Michaela, and Bryce; Alexandra and Byron; Ben, Erin, Lauren, and Brogan, and loved great grandmother of Elizabeth, Rachel, Elliott, and Naomi; and loved by her 16 step-grandchildren and 6 step great-grandchildren.

A service for Lesley will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12 noon on Saturday July 12, followed by private cremation.
