On July 29, 2008 at Dunedin Hospital; in her 94th year.

Dearly loved wife of the late John Davidson and the late Keith Armstrong. Loved mother of Brian and Rhoda Davidson (Five Forks), Janet Davidson and Tony Parsonson (Brisbane), loved Mum of Ailsa and Geoff Neilson (Mosgiel), Russell and Jeanette Armstrong (Cheviot). Loved Nana of Gina, Anthea, Rica and Mike; Michael and Emma, Christian and Rongomai; Andrew and Karen, Dianne and Waki; Warren and Anna, Jason and Miranda, Craig and Cara, Blair and Eliza; and a loved Great-Nana of all her great-grandchildren.

A service for Phyllis will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner of Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1:30pm on Friday August 1 followed by private cremation.

No flowers by request.
