On December 14, 2008 peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice, surrounded by his loving family.

Dearly loved husband and soul-mate of Norma. Much loved Dad and father-in-law of Veronica and Aaron (Perth), Peter and Julie (Dunedin), Alistair and Josie (Dunedin), Bernadette and Craig (Wellington), Louise and Keith (Tokyo). Loved Grandad of Lauren; Jacinda, and Leighton; Brendan, and Cameron.

A service to celebrate Peter's life will be held in Holy Name Catholic Church, Great King Street at 11am on Thursday December 18, followed by burial at Waitati Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the Church.
