On March 2, 2009 peacefully in Dunedin Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late Jim, loved mother and mother-in-law of Garry and Karen (Ashburton), Tina and Dave (Palmerston), Kevin (Invercargill), Karen (Invercargill), Selina and Graeme Chalmers (Waikouaiti), Shane and Tania (Palmerston), and loved grandmother of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Service for Daphne will be held in St James Presbyterian Church, Tiverton Street, Palmerston at 2pm on Friday March 6 the funeral then leaving for the Palmerston Cemetery.
