Suddenly on March 6, 2009, dearly loved wife of the late Mervyn, cherished and loved Mum of Helen and Darryl Kensington (Invercargill), and Alison and Grant Kennedy, and the late Lesley, Pamela, Claire; much loved Grandma of Gemma, and Kate; Jackson, and Harrison.

A service will be held in the Mornington Presbyterian Church, Maryhill Terrace, Mornington, Dunedin, at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 11, followed by private cremation.
