Peacefully at Dunedin Hospital on April 6, 2009; in his 93rd year.

Dearly loved husband of Enes, loving father and father-in-law of Robin and John (Christchurch), Sandra and Graeme (Auckland), Murray and Trudi (Christchurch) and the late Ian. Loved Grandad of Naomi, and Marina; Chris, and Carly; Amy, and Fiona and Great Grandad of Merlin, and Lily, also a loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle.

A service for Mac will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2.00pm on Thursday April 9, followed by private cremation.
