Collie, Michelle Nadine

On March 24, 2009 peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice, surrounded by her loving family; aged 33 years.

Much loved wife, best friend and soul mate of Bevan, devoted and loving mother of Jacob, and Harry.

We will love you forever, you will always be in our hearts.

'We will be with you again soon'

A service to celebrate Michelle's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 10.30am on Thursday May 28.

In lieu of flowers donations to NZ Breast Cancer Foundation or the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
