McDONALD, Laurence Walter (Laurie)

Peacefully on August 27, 2009 at Dunedin Hospital; in his 85th year.

Dearly loved husband of Doreen for 60 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Diane and Alan, Maureen and Trevor (Queenstown), Ray and Deidre (Mt Cargill), Tony and Jan (Christchurch) and loved grandfather of Kimberly and Campbell, and Ashleigh; Ross and Gretel, Karen and Phil; Katrena (Germany), Leslee and Gareth, and Craig; Tayla, Logan, and Kaylee and a loved great grandfather and special Poppy of all his great grandchildren. Great mate of his wee dog, Jimmy.

A service for Laurie will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford street at 1.30pm on Tuesday September 1, followed by private cremation.
