Dearly loved wife of Peter for 52 years. Beloved mum of Russell and Carol Bloem, Julene and Ian, adored grandma of Robert, and Emma; Travis, Craig, and Alice.

Special thanks to all the staff at I.C.U, H.D.U, and Ward 5B at Dunedin Hospital for their care.

A service for June will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2pm on Monday October 12, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Neurological Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
