On October 17, 2009 at Dunedin Hospital; in her 93rd year.

Dearly loved wife of the late Ion. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Shirley and Ron Douglas, Murray and Barbara, Ronald and Maggie, Lyn and Phil Clement. Loved Nana of Robert and Debbie, Tricia and Brian; Ian and Anna, Andrea and Simon; Tasina, and Shaun; Allan, Rebecca and Kel. Great-Gran to Crystal, and Tait; Katie, and Tara; Charlotte, and Connor.

A service to celebrate Doris' life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2pm on Thursday October 22 the funeral then leaving for Andersons Bay Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
