Jack, Annie Evelyn (Evelyn)

On October 23, 2009 peacefully at Ross Home; aged 89 years.

Beloved wife of the late Gordon Jack, loved mother and mother-in-law of Terry and Glenda, and Leslie Jack; loved grandma of Leeanne Jack and George Sealy, Tony and Cassandra Jack, Andrew, and Jessie Jack; and great grandma of Shannon, Jack, Gabriel, and Elsie.

Mothers never really die,
They just keep house up in the sky
And in the heavenly home above
They wait to welcome those they love

A service for Evelyn will be held in Ross Home Chapel, 360 North Road at 2pm on Tuesday October 27, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to Ross Home would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
