Suddenly on December 27, 2009 while on holiday in Arrowtown.

Much loved husband of June, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Paul & Alison, Davis & Kate, Andrea & David. Loved Pop of Ben, Tim, and Josh; Luke, Emma, and Ruth.

A service for Gavin will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1.30pm on Thursday December 31, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
