On March 7, 2010, after a short illness; aged 71 years.

Loving wife of the late Stan Murcott and Gordon Denniston, loving mother and mother-in-law of Warren and Karen and loved "Big" grandma of Dylan. Loved sister and sister-in-law of June and Don Webster, the late Coral and Nev Walsh, and the late Neville Stevenson, loved sister-in-law of Les and Nancy Murcott, Shirley and the late Ian Murcott and a loving aunty of her nieces and nephews.

A Service for Sylvie will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 2pm on Thursday March 11, followed by private cremation.
