On May 9, 2010 at St Andrews Home & Hospital; in her 70th year.

Dearly loved wife of John. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Janine & David Gillions, and Jeffrey Stewart, loved grandmother of Andrew, Matthew, and Emma.

Loved sister and sister-in-law of Diane & Dennis Lyons (Auckland), Jennifer & Ken Ward and a loved aunt of her nieces and nephews.

A service for Marilyn will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1pm on Thursday May 13, followed by burial at Green Park Cemetery.
