Dearly loved and loving husband of Isabell and the late Margaret, loved father and father-in-law of Susan Irwin (Hamilton), Sally Irwin & Roger Simpson (Sydney), Judy & Paul Hinton (Alexandra), Chris & Glenda Irwin (Auckland), Rae-ann Sinclair & Nigel Williams (Sydney), and Ross Sinclair & Zoe Coulson-Sinclair (Goroka, PNG). Loving grandfather of Simon & Oula Olsen, Sam & Jannika Olsen, Jonathan Olsen & Julie Hayes, Blake Fraser, Darcie Irwin-Simpson, Jade & Leon Dewey, Gemma Hinton, Cameron Irwin, Tom Williams, and Itzia Sinclair and great-grandfather of Anika Takimoana and Paul Dewey.

A memorial service for Ces will be held in the Auditorium, College of Education, University of Otago, Union Street, Dunedin at 2.00pm on Saturday June 12.

Donations to Women's Refuge would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A private funeral service for Ces will be held.
