On June 15, 2010 peacefully at Montecillo Veterans Home and Hospital; in his 90th year.

Dearly loved husband of Roberta (Robbie), loved father and father-in-law of Peter and Daphne, Judy Finnerty (Brisbane), Christopher and Denise (Invercargill), Karen McDowell (Brisbane) and friend of Paul McDowell, loved grandfather of Brent, and Angela; Lara, and Matthew; Cassian, and Victoria; Ruby, and Teresa and great grandfather of Tony, and Emmet.

Special thanks to the staff at Montecillo for their care and support.

A service for Gordon will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3.00pm on Friday June 18, 2010.
