On August 4, 2010 at Dunedin Hospital after a long illness; aged 75 years.

Loved husband of the late Fran, and loved father and father-in-law of Lee and Keith Currie, Terry, Heather, Brendon, Robbie and Lisa, and Rachel. Loved grandad of Scott, Tracey and Tony; Sarah and Jeff, and James; Erin, and Brent; Brooke; and Nicholas and great grandad of Matthew, and Abby; Tahlia, and Kalan.

A service for Dave will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 11am on Monday August 9 followed by private cremation.
