of 1 Pitcairn Street, Mornington. - On August 9, 2010, surrounded with love at the Otago Community Hospice; aged 67 years.

Beloved husband and friend of Mary, loved dad of Chris and Jacqui, Jackie, Paul and Rebecca (Christchurch), Stephen and Amanda (Wellington), loving grandad to Rebekah, Madalyn, and Mitchell; Michael; Matthew, and Sarah.

A service for Jack will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1.30pm on Thursday August 12, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
