Jackman, Louisa (Lou) - nee Demmocks - of Sawyers Bay
Peacefully on August 22, 2010; in her 93rd year.

Loved wife of the late Bill Jackman (22.8.87), loved mother and mother-in-law of Paul (deceased), Jill and Jim, Russell and Sharon (Tauranga), and Delia, loved stepmother of Claire. Much loved Nana of her 10 grandchildren and loved Great Grandma of her 20 great grandchildren.

Special thanks to Dr Kathryn Jeyes and staff of the Port Chalmers Medical Centre, the District Nurses, and the Hospice team.

A service to celebrate Lou's life will be celebrated in the Port Chalmers Town Hall, Grey Street, Port Chalmers at 1pm on Wednesday August 25 followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
