On November 12, 2010, peacefully at Dunedin Hospital; in her 83rd year.

Loving and devoted husband for 60 years of the late Chrissie.

Cherished father and friend of Karen and the late Ian Athur, Iain and Glenis, and the late Denise. Proud and loving grandfather of Matt and Ann, Tracey; Chris, and Kim. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Bunty and the late Bill Crombie, and uncle to Derek, and Gavin.

Thank you to Dr Shelley Collings and the nurses of Ward 8A for their special care of Tom.

A service for Tom will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2pm on Wednesday November 17, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
