Peacefully on November 12, 2010 at Dunedin Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Dearly loved husband of Monica O'Driscoll, loved Dad of Amanda O'Driscoll, Nick and Kelly Braithwaite, much loved Grandad of Max, and Mia.

Special thanks to Gerry Wilkins and the staff at Dunedin Hospital for their fantastic care of Dave.

A service for Dave will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1.00pm on Thursday November 18, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
