Peacefully in his sleep, on December 2, 2010; aged 31 years.

Loved elder son of John and Lynette; brother and brother-in-law of Glenn and Aimee; uncle of Devon and Mitchell; nephew of Sue Blok, Gail and Kelvin Bradley, and John Bartlett; cousin of Jason Bartlett and his fiance Ashleigh, and Adam Bartlett.

Special thanks to all of the medical staff who have looked after Shaun over the years.

A service for Shaun will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 1pm on Monday December 6, followed by private cremation.
