Suddenly on January 14, 2011 at the ISIS Rehabilitation Centre, Dunedin.

Loved daughter of the late Gwenneth and Andy Spark. Loved niece of Marie McDonald and Joyce West, loved cousin of Richard. Loved by the staff and all her friends at The Carroll Street Trust, Tapestry Clubhouse, and Artsenta and the staff of SDHB Mental Health Services who cared for her and enjoyed her friendship.

"May she rest in peace - in God's house for evermore her dwelling place shall be."

A service to celebrate Karen's life will be held in St Matthew's Anglican Church, cnr Hope and Carroll Streets at 2.00pm on Thursday January 20, followed by private cremation.
