REID, Bessie Lenora (Betty)
formerly of Hoopers Inlet.
Passed away peacefully on May 5, 2011 at Yvette Williams Retirement Village Dunedin, surrounded by her loving family; in her 92nd year.
Dearly loved wife of the late Bill, loved mother and mother-in-law of Louviene, Judy and Mike, Jenny and Arnie Simms (Christchurch), Perry and Tracey. Cherished nan of Troy, Heidi, and Kelly; Mandy, Alistair, and Michelle; Maree, Rick, Joanne, and Rebecca; Martin, Corey, Lisa, and Tony and her 22 great grandchildren.
Special thanks to the staff who cared for mum at Glamis and Yvette Williams.
A service for Betty will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 1pm on Tuesday May 10, the funeral then leaving for the Portobello Cemetery.

Nan you were so loved and we already miss you so much. You have given us so many wonderful memories playing cards and letting us cheat and win, the microwave "pantry" and your wonderful whiskers and sloppy kisses, to name a few. You were never far from our thoughts and you will be in our hearts forever. All our love, your grandchildren.
