Died peacefully asleep in his Lazy-Boy at Ross Home. Dearly beloved husband of Mary for 54 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Christopher and Fiona, Raymond and Marie, Helen and Phil, and loved grandfather of Hamish, and Emma Cooper.

A service for Jack will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2pm on Saturday May 14, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to Parkinsonism Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
