On May 29, 2011 peacefully at Leslie Groves Rest Home; aged 86 years.

Husband of Gladys, father and father-in-law of Elayne and Vernon (Twizel), and stepfather of the late Garry and Julie, Rosemarie and the late Ivan, Russell and Paula, Stuart and Alison. Grandfather of Kym, Chiquita, and the late Jasmine; Shelly, and Andrew; Philip, Elyse, and the late Christopher; Ashley, Jarrad, and the late Benjamin. Brother and brother-in-law of the late Olga and Lenard Leppingwell, the late Ebba and Douglas Blagdon, Beatrice Nilson (Dunedin), Noeline and the late Bill Westerby (Timaru).

A service for Frank will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10 am on Friday June 3.
