SHORT, John Morrison
(ex Helensburgh Electrical); of 253 Helensburgh Road, Dunedin.

On October 9, 2011 peacefully after a brave battle; at Dunedin Hospital; aged 63 years.

Dearly loved husband of Lynda. Loving and special dad, father-in-law and friend of Alison and Jeff Thompson (Oamaru), Catherine and Jonathan.

Special thanks to Dr Bremer, Dr North, Dr Silva and nursing staff of Ward 8A, Dr John Greaves (Mornington Health Centre) for their loving care and attention to John.

A service for John will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12noon on Thursday October 13, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
