On November 7, 2011 peacefully at Leslie Groves Hospital, Dunedin; in his 88th year.

Dearly beloved husband of the late Betty, loved father and father-in-law of Raymond and Glenda, Margaret, Alan, Colin and Ainsley. Loved grandad of Luana, Erin, Daniel, Graeme, Nathan, Kimberley, and Max and great grandad to his great grandchildren.

A service for Ray will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2.30pm on Thursday November 10, followed by private cremation.
