of 29 Rewa Street, Sunshine, Dunedin.

On December 8, 2011, at Dunedin Hospital, aged 78 years.

Dearly loved husband and best-friend of Sharron, loved son of the late Richard and Mary Mayfield, and dearly loved brother-in-law of Annette and Ross Bisley, Michele and Ian Smith, and a loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to all the wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff in the Dunedin Hospital I.C.U.

A service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday December 14 followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Ostomy Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
