On December 18, 2011, gently at Yvette Williams Retirement Village; aged 90 years.

Beloved sister of the late Cedric, Doris, Gladys, Norman, and Nancy. Loved aunt of Bryan, Beverly, Elaine, and Graeme; Nola; Gaynor, and John; Ian, and Rodney; and a loved great aunt and great great aunt of all her nieces and nephews.

A service for Rita will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1pm on Wednesday December 21, followed by private cremation.
