On December 28, 2011 as the result of an accident.

Dearly loved husband of the late Honor, loved father of Myles, Craig, and Gayle, loved father-in-law of Leesa, Pam, and Jason, loved Poppa of Thorin, Jayge, Farryne, Kyle, Liam, Courtenay, Paige, Ihaia, and the late Sagen, loved grandad of Nicole and Jordan, loved great grandfather of Anikin, Corey, and Ella-Rose.

A service for Dave will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2.30pm on Tuesday January 10, followed by private cremation.
