Loved wife of the late Ernest Sydney Osten, loved mother and mother-in-law of Glenda and Paul Roguski, Keith, and special pet Gemma the cat.

A service for Hazel will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1pm on Friday, January 13.
