LUCAS, David Wayne (Dave)
Passed peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at the Otago Community Hospice, after a brave fight; on 22 January 2012; aged 63 years.

Son of the late Wally and Sib, treasured father and father-in-law of Tracey and Matthew Fleet, and Michael and adored 'golf course' grandad of Dylan and Ava. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Joan and Fred Galbraith, Bryce and the late Carmel, Bev and the late Lindsay Moyle, Dallas and Kay, and the late Graham, and Warren, and loved friend of Marilyn.

A service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 11am on Friday January 27, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
