On February 17, 2012 suddenly but peacefully at Dunedin Hospital, surrounded by her loving family and friends; in her 72nd year (69 plus 2). Loved partner of the late Eric Lye. Loved and loving mum and mother-in-law of Gary and Kay (Queenstown), Suzanne (Cairns), Sandy and Murray. Adored nana of Katrina, and Scott; George, and Willie; and Simon. Great nana of Noah, and Taylah and loved by her best pal Bev. Beloved sister of Ruby Marr. Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of 7A Dunedin Hospital for their care.

A service for Ima will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1pm on Wednesday February 22, followed by private cremation. Messages to 11 Scott Street, St Kilda, Dunedin 9012.
