CURTIS, Aroha Tira Morehu (Tira, nee Harper), of 153 Coast Road, Karitane.

It is with sadness we inform you of the passing of Tira, at Dunedin Hospital on 28 March, 2012, surrounded by her whanau; in her 92nd year.

Tira was the adored wife of Ron. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Ann and Barrie Barber, Ronald, Irene and John Johnson and a treasured gran of Bridget and Ben Giesen, and Victoria. She was the dearly loved sister of the late Ria, Henare, and Marama.

Grateful thanks to the medical and nursing staff of 3B Dunedin Hospital for their care.

A service for Tira will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1pm on Monday April 2, followed by private cremation.
