On April 28, 2012, peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice.
Dearly loved husband of Ruth. Loved father of Stewart, and Christopher, and Koa his loved constant companion.
A service to celebrate Michael's life will be held in St Joseph's Cathedral, Rattray Street at 2pm on Friday May 4, followed by private cremation.
