On May 15, 2012 following an accident at Lawrence; aged 66 years.

Dearly loved husband and life-long special friend of Kay, much loved father and father-in-law of Ian and Leanne and the late Lynne, loved Grandad of Jacob and the late Lily.

A service for Gavin will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10.00am on Friday May 18, followed by private cremation.
