On August 9, 2012, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family; aged 9 years.

Loved and adored daughter of Mark and Donna, treasured sister of Natasha, and Annalise, mate of Ollie, and a special friend of June Calder.

Cherished granddaughter of Beverley and the late Graeme McLay, Pat Freeman and Kenny Wilson, Raymond and Liz Freeman, great-granddaughter of Barbara Freeman, and loved by her aunts and uncles.

Thanks to the wonderful staff of the Children's Ward, Dunedin Hospital for their wonderful care, and special thanks to Dr John Clarkson.

A service for Olivia will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 11am on Wednesday August 15 followed by burial at Green Park Cemetery.
