On November 6, 2012, peacefully at Dunedin Hospital; in her 94th year.

Dearly loved wife of the late Claude, loved mother and mother-in-law of the late Dallas and Lea Cockburn, and Gary and the late Beverley Coster, loved step-mother of Ray, Wayne, and Judy. Much loved Nana of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Special thanks to the staff of Ward 8A Dunedin Hospital and Radius Fulton Care Centre.

A service for Reta will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12 noon on Monday November 12, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Stroke Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
