On November 21, 2012 at Dunedin Hospital, after a short illness; aged 54 years.

Loved husband of Michelle, and loved father of Ben, Tim, and Matt.

A service for David will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 11:30am on Saturday November 24, followed by private cremation.

Beloved son of Desiree and the late Brian. Cherished brother of Anne, and Christine and brother-in-law of Mark, and Garry. Uncle Dave to Mel, Kate, Andrew, Amy, Hannah, and Emily and their families.

Dave's unique wit and personality kept us entertained and grounded. A huge part of our work and play together, we wish we had you longer.

The great memories of "Uncle McDave Burger" will always raise a smile.

Our love and prayers extend to Michelle, Ben, Tim, and Matthew now and always.
