Peacefully at home on January 3, 2013; aged 83 years.

Wife of the late Ron, dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Lloyd and Tess (Melbourne), Wendy and Dave Stewart (Melbourne), Ross and Maria, Roy and Annette, treasured grandmother of Stefan, Andrew (Melbourne); Richard and Palee Stewart (Melbourne), Rachelle and James Taylor (Perth); Donna; Rory (Hong Kong), Kelly, proud great-grandmother of Miles Stewart (Melbourne), beloved sister and sister-in-law of Norma and Bert Caldwell, the late Lil and Jim McCrorie, Betty and the late Jack Olsen, Loma and Geoff Leith, Don and Joan Kindley, Kate and Garney Dodds, loved by all her nieces and nephews.

A service for Joan will held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 10 a.m., on Friday, January 11, followed by private cremation.
