On March 17, 2013 passed away peacefully at Highview Rest Home.

Dearly loved friend of Audrey. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Greg and Alison, Nikki and Steve, and Stewart and Sheree. Loved Grandad "Ikey" of all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A service will be held for Doug at the Waikouaiti Events Centre, Main Road, Waikouaiti at 2:30pm on Thursday March 21, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
