MASON, Elva Maud (nee Tombs),

On April 10, 2013, Elva slipped away peacefully in the loving presence of family, in Dunrowan, Ross Home; aged almost 92 years. Dearly beloved wife of the late Lloyd Mason, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Geoff and Mavis (St Albans, U.K.), Polly (Dunedin), Euan and Carolyn (Christchurch), and Dave and Julie (Sydney), loving Gran of Vivian, and Robert (U.K.); Callum and Jude, Marianna and Matthew Brook; Gemma and Paddy, and Hannah and Matthew, Kat, Rhiannon; Paddy, and Tim.

A proud and loving great-gran of Grace, Leo, Eva, and the eagerly awaited baby Brook. The family thank the staff of Dunrowan Unit, Ross Home and Hospital for their loving care of Elva over the past 5 years.

A service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10.00am on Tuesday April 16 followed by private cremation. Messages to 67a Gladstone Road, Dalmore, Dunedin 9010, or leave a message in Elva's tribute book below.
