On May 4, 2013, suddenly at Dunedin Hospital, peacefully surrounded by her family; aged 84 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Keith, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Janice and Allan Paterson (Christchurch), Peter and Rosemary (Christchurch), Barbara and David Williams (Oamaru), Graeme and Rosy, Stuart and Adele, Rod and the late Claire (Milton), loved nana of Shawn and Deb (Canada), Karen and Mark (Auckland), Lisa and Brent (Auckland); Haley (Christchurch), Grant and Katie (London); Kerri and Fabian (Kerikeri), Jody and Craig (Canberra); Charlotte (Queenstown), Georgina, and Louise , and loved great-nana of Luca, and Levi; Hannah; and Ella.

A service for Norma will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 2.30pm on Wednesday May 8, followed by private cremation.
